Code P605

I have a question about the 605 code. My excursion wouldn't start yesterday for my wife . When I tryed to start it it cranked over to slow to start, so I cleaned the Batt cables with baking soda and water and charged the batteries. The truck started up fine,so I figured while I was playing with the truck i would hook up my NGS and check for codes. No codes where stored. But when I ran KOEO I got a code of 605.I'm not running a programer but a TS 4 position chip with Jody tunes on it. I quess my question is, is that code only showing up because of the chip or do I have somthing elese going on.The truck runs fine. Thanks for any replies.
