Coolant leak behind harmonic balancer?

2000 psd. Noticed a little moisture under the truck today. Crawled under and I can see a few drops located behind the harmonic balancer. Seems like a plate that bolts to the front of the engine. It's right above the oil pan lip.
I can't tell if it's coming from up above and dripping down. I replaced the water pump several years ago.

Could it be coming from this plate that is located behind the balance?

I'll try to attach a picture. It's also running down the radiator hose before it drips to the ground.
Thanks for the help.

Won't be leaking coolant from the LPOP behind the balancer.
If it's coolant, look higher probably at your "new" water pump (they don't last forever).

I ended up finding the receipt for the water pump I replaced in 2008. Lifetime warranty so I went down and picked up a new one. I also switched over to ElC coolant and new belt while I was in there.

All it good now.
