Re: Diesel Smell
Check both the filter cap [o-ring seal] and the drain valve under the filter. Prolly a leak. I neglected to properly seat the cap when I changed the filter and suffered through about 90 days of smelly diesel [ok by me, but my wife and dog had fits [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]] from the 'spray' of diesel under the hood, despite repeated underhood [and vent intake] cleanings.
