This topic has been covered countless times in several SD forums. Spray the door latches with WD40 a bunch of times and then open and shut the doors. This should fix your problem.

MksNttn, This will probably be the easest fix you will ever have to do on your truck. Use a product like LPS1 or WD40 and spray liberal amounts in and on the door latches. The switch for the door ajar and dome lights are located in that location. Do this to all of the doors. You problem will most likely be fixed. If not, let us know.
