fixed oil leak, now truck won't run

I rebuilt the oil cooler on a 95 F350 because the orings had gone out. I changed the oil in the truck as well. When I drained the pan I got about a quart and a half of antifreeze out of it. I got the truck to crank and it ran perfect for about 45 seconds to a minute. The oil pressure gauge dropped to nothing and now the truck will not crank up. I have already checked the port above the oil filter and am getting oil to come out there. I have also pulled the resevoir off and there is no oil at all in there. I even spun the motor over with resevoir off and no oil will come up. Sorry for the long post, just trying to be thorough. Please help.

Low pressure oil pump is gone? Not pumping oil up to the HPOP resevoir.... Be my guess.
Also this is in the wrong forum, there is a 94-97 forum for the OBS trucks. But this part is pretty much the same on both I think.

Re: fixed oil leak, now truck won't run

Just thought about this one......you said water in oil right?.....you get that in there doing the cooler ?...if so, maybe the engine oil filter has stopped up with water. I know the engines we have at work have a stacked paper type oil filter that will stop up from water VERY easy. It takes a lot of debris to stop them up , but just a little water/antifreeze. This would cause the low/no oil pressure.
Just a thought.
check the engine oil level , and to make sure its clean, no water/antifreeze. If its good, fill the hpop back up with oil and restart the truck. If theres water, change the oil and filter again. Maybe you just got a airlock? I know it wont start without oil in the hpop res.

Re: fixed oil leak, now truck won't run

Thanks for the replies. I changed the oil and filter. The antifreeze was already in the block. I am going to get a cheap pressure gauge and run a check on the port in the block and see if it has any low pressure oil. If not, I believe the oil pump may have went bad. I know now this is in the wrong forum, but my truck is an 01 so I didn't think of the year I was working on. Sorry
