Fuel filter bowl drain pic needed and ?

Trying to open that lever to drain but being on the backside can't tell which way to push it.

left to right

push to the rear?

a picture would go a long ways to understanding this thig.

If you are standing over the engine, move the lever in a clockwise motion (starting from passenger's side move towards back of the engine compartment). Hope this helps.

Look here; <font color="blue">Fuel Drain Lever</font>. This picture is from the passenger side (side view). In the picture, you would push the lever to the left but if you are facing the fuel filter bowl from the front of the truck, you would push it straight back.
