Red face FUSE # 22 f350 2002

2002 f350--- fuse #22 keeps blowing ??? unpluged the filter bowl heater ( was told that was for the older trucks) but did it anyway it-- changed out the-glow pug relay it started but after driving home when I turned it off #22 keeps blowing ???? any ideas guys

Not the fuel bowl heater or GPR. Check the engine harness where it crosses the valve cover on the drivers side. If it rub through the wires there it will blow that fuse.

Flywheel -thanks for that--so you say the harness that goes from valve cover to other or just on the drivers side going towards the firewall. Did you the same problem ?? THANKS JV

Fuse 22 controls your injection pressure regulator and also the brake pressure switch. You may want to disconnect them one at a time and see if that fixes the fuse from blowing. My guess that if you are not having running issues it is the brake pressure switch.
