glow plug relay ?

My truck is a huge pain in the #$$ to start when cold smokes like hell well i noticed this morning when i turned the key on the glow plugs dont drawl anything so i check the relay today at lunch listen for the click no click got volt meter out checking post and have 12 v when key is on and the other side has 12v to any ideas also the truck feel very laggy like whe. You go to accelerate it hesitates then picks up and is gone

If you are getting 12 volts to both lugs then your glow plugs are likely burned out. You can pull the harness and ohm them out.
