hard start 99 psd and codes thrown

got a 99 psd just installed new turbo and o rings , took care of oil leak, still ahve my hard start even after running it a bit, geetting codes 1690 0381 0474 and 1211 and sometimes 1212 looking through my book understand some of them, but help and ideas what i need to do would be appreciate,,, i'm thinkin maybe my ipr,,,, thanks in addvance for any help

hhhmm, not sure if nobody knows much about this or i have worded it wrong but surly someone or one of the better mechanics know whats goin on with my truck, pls advise and i thiank you in advance for any insight, thank you

381 = glow plug indicator circuit malfunction.
474= I don't know this one, may be something to do with the ebps.
1211= icp not controllable
1212 = icp voltage not at expected level.
1690 = waste gate control valve malfunction.

Sounds like you didn't get one or more of the wire connections back together properly, or may be one of the main looms isn't making good contact. Check all the connections, clear codes try again.

The 12 codes may be something as simple as a icp sensor, uvc wire harness or if chipped may mean your out of high psi oil.
