HELP! Antifreeze out tail pipe

I have a 2000 7.3 with 146000 mi. on the clock, and today I went outside and found about a 1/4 cup of antifreeze below the tailpipe and a steady drip out the pipe. My degas bottle is within range, no water in the oil, truck still runs good. I had ran the truck about 5 mi. this morning and found the tailpipe dripping this afternoon. Any ideas? thanks in advance

Based on the fact that coolant is coming out of the exhaust. I would have to say head gasket, but really sound more like a cracked head. If you can't see milky oil yet I bet you will.

SCA's or lack thereof finally take its toll, and pinhole the block?

whoops

I got a chance to track down the problem today and found that a jug of fleetguard that I pack between my transfer flow box and the inside bed had a pin hole in it. In the heat of the day it would leak out and run under my bed mat and out the tailgate just above the tail pipe. It would drip ontop of tailpipe under back edge of truck then go to underside of pipe and follow tailpipe to it's end then drip onto ground. I dodged the bullit on this one and did the happy dance. Thanks for the replies, that's what I like about this site always helpful. Oh yea I use test strips 3 times a year to check if the antifreeze.
