I asked my chip manufacturer this question regarding my 03 Ex as I am considering which boost gauge to get. TS Performance told me that at the highest setting, an additional 140 hp, I might get as high as 32 psi and that a 35 pound gauge would be more than sufficient.
I am not sure about your turbo specs. Mine is a stock unit. But it would seem to me that you would be similar in your range. Perhaps you might be able to get the info you are looking for from the manufacturer.
I would be interested in what they had to say.
