My back cylinders on both sides are leaking, theres a good amount of soot around the back port. I have a loud exhaust noise under load and in the morning while driving unloaded but goes away once warmed up. I crawled under and noticed the rear exhaust bolts were not tight. So I tightend them down and still leak. I have read alot of posts and in the air as what to do. Either install gaskets, new manifolds, resurface existing or ceramic coated manifolds. Any suggestions?

I say "usually" because you never know when you will encounter a seized bolt that breaks or a manifold that is unknowingly rotted away. Consider new bolts with the gaskets on this project.

Anyone have the torque specs and sequence of the manifold bolts on the 7.3? I have the service manual on DVD, but can't seem find either.
