LH or RH thread ?- serpentine belt idler pulley

Question - is the bolt securing the serpentine belt's idler pulley right hand or left hand thread?

The pulley is squealing on my '99 F250. I'm away from home (and shop manual) and I don't want to break the bolt.

TIA,

Re: LH or RH thread ?- serpentine belt idler pulley

The bolt is a standard right hand thread. It uses either a 1/2 or 13mm socket. If possible when you reinstall, put a little thread lock on the bolt.
