Welcome to TheDieselStop
You need to fill out your signature so we know what truck you have. " Same truck" doesn't work unless we go track down your other posts.
Anyway, clicking relays are a sure sign of battery problems. Get your batteries tested. The electronics in the instrument panel (and elsewhere) start doing strange things when voltage gets low. When you check the batteries, make sure they load test them individually.
Also when you replace them, do both at once, as a bad battery can take out a new one in short order. Also a good time to check/clean battery connections.
on edit: Could be that your other problem was related to battery voltage also. While you're checking batteries, have the alternator checked as well.
