For once no complaints!

Everyone always has problems especially me but for once I have no complaints! I took the truck on a 460 miles trip today after my recent coolant flush, new water pump, hoses,t stat, idler pulleys, installed my 6.0 cooler and put my AIS back on. I ran threw the mountains up in VT and NH never saw over 950 egts pullin the 25ft goose neck trailer. I figured some good news might be nice. I went to pick this up btw

I might need one of those since I'm getting rust holes on my bed now.

I just did a bunch of P.M. on my truck this weekend and early week. It seems really happy now.

I know what you're talking about.

What can you tell me about the flat bed ?

Thats a lot lighter than a steel bed. I've considered going to a flat bed to haul a truck camper and using the extra space by building storage boxes. Others have done the same thing, but used a F550 chassis. For me, I would need to keep it as light as possible.

Any load/weight restrictions or limits on the bed?

I dident see anything about a load limit I can imagine it wouldent be less than a stock bed its all channel and tube stock for the frame works I would think it would be better than a regular sheetmetal bed

Great looking truck bed. How far in advance did you have to order it? From your truck details, are you putting it on a SRW. That's what I'm looking for to use like dlblazer to haul a truck camper.

Great looking truck bed. Two questions ref mounting it. Did you have to use some type of spacer above the truck frame rail due to the curved truck frame above the rear axle? Or, did the truck bed frame have some type of mount to allow for the curved truck frame? Did you have to take the trailer hitch off or did you just remove it for looks? OK, three questions, are you going to put aluminum boxes under the bed?
