OTC Nemesis Scanner?

Anyone here ever used this scanner? I think that it is more of a code reader than a scanner though. I am looking to buy a scanner that will give me graphing capabilities for the PSD. My tool guy is trying to sell me the Nemesis.

1-1996 7.3, 3-1999 7.3's, 1-2000 7.3, 2-2002 7.3's, 3-2005 6.o's
too many rangers and F150's to list.
