Can you buy ford parts at a International Dealer? Can you just tell them what you need and they cross it over?

Depending on the dealer you go to. You might have to tell them the international number for the engine T444E. Most will be able to help though.

Some International places will give you the standard line "we can't sell you parts for a Ford", but many will if you cultivate a relationship with them.

Don't put them in the position of having to refuse because your engine is in a Ford. It helps if you give them part #'s after doing some research.
