What you need to do is follow the hose connected to the neck of the reservoir up to the hydroboost on the firewall. Disconnect it from the nipple there and put a piece of hose on the nipple that runs over the fender to a bucket.
Suck out all you can from the reservoir, refill with your new fluid (Mobil 1 ATF is what I used), then start the truck and have someone turn the wheels lock-to-lock and mash the brake pedal. Old fluid will come out the hose into the bucket. You also need to keep the reservoir full when doing this. If you let it run dry it will get air into the system and be noisy and the brake pedal will be jumpy till it bleeds out. Once you see nice new fluid going into the bucket, you'll be just about done. Run a little more thru for good measure, then reconnect the hose and top off the reservoir. NOW you're done.</div></div>
I am a little stuck here. I have followed the above post (I hope correctly) however after 6qt of Mobile 1 ATF I still have a cream color fluid. I am not sure what to do at this point.
What color was your fluid BEFORE you started changing it?

I heard lots of whinning so i looked and found the cap was not on very good. I think I got some water in the pump. That is why I think the color is more of a cream.
