Rebuilt engine and still Coolant in UOA...Ugh

So at around 262k my 2001 f250 had some really bad UOA with very high wear metals and coolant in the oil.
I decided to get a used block, had it machined and rebuilt it. Front cover looked fine, new injector cups and new oil cooler.

Rebuilt engine has about 18k on it now and I did a UOA and it looks like I am still getting coolant in the oil. I am about to loose my ****. What else can I do to keep the damn coolant in the radiator on this truck?

Truck is used mostly to tow 10k pounds in the rocky mountains.

Given you replaced the oil cooler and the block/ heads- the front cover is the only other possibility. No other place it could cross over. Did you get a whole new oil cooler or just the center section?

By whole cooler, I meant a new assembly with new end caps as opposed to just the center assembly reusing your old end caps which theoretically could have a crack between the oil and water passageway.
