Recall for switch/sensor on master cylinder?

I have a 2000 F350 and received a recall notice that says it is for a "speed control deactivation switch" that may get brake fluid on it and catch fire. It also states that I should not park the truck near anything that I don't want to burn down.

I thought that this switch/sensor was not an issue on our trucks because there was no power applied when the truck was off.

Anyone else get this recall yet? Should I worry about parking it in the garage?

On edit...added some details:
"Ford cannot be confident that over many years in service, a speed control deactivation switch installed on your vehicle will not leak brake fluid, posing the risk of fire. This condition may occur either when the vehicle is parked or when it is being operated"

I would definately head over to get the part replaced. My brother had his 2001 F150 go up in flames in his driveway 30 minutes after he had parked it one day.
