Still having 4X4 truoble...

I've been working on this for a week now so I thought I ask for Help once more before I start changeing Parts that seem fine.

I posted a question last week but I didn't know then what I've checked now so I thought I try again.

Problem: In 4WD High, Low or Manual Lock the Front Drive Binds badly in a turn, Left or Right. I know your get some binding normally but this is saveer, to the point the Tire your turning into Locks Up and Skids. In 2WD none of this happens.

Trouble Shooting I've done: I pulled the front end appart, down to Hubs off.
Every thing looks OK. I suspected U-Joints but they turn freely and seem thight. Hub spindle bearing looks good and I didn't notice any unusual wear, I measure the stub shaft area the spindle bearing rides at 1.31" around, no flat spotes or scoreing.
I took the front differentail cover off and didn't see anything that indicated a problem. Gear wear patterns looked good and nothing loose. No metal shavings in fluid.
Put everything back together last night and it still does the same thing. I was planning on changeing the U-Joints because I can't think of anything else that could cause this problem,
