T-case, Trans, and Diff fluids question...

hey,
i just paid for a 1999 f250 SD 4x4 7.3, automatic. I bought from a private owner who owned it the last 6 years. He put 50K+ on it,and took good care of it, but there are three things he never did...Trans fluid change, Transfercase fluid change, and reaf diff fluid change.

I want to do these before taking any trips, or towing my 5th wheel. What fluids are recommended for each, and how much of each?

Thanks!!
Jim
