Unhappy Truck Still Broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!:(

So this thing is being tricky. Here are the symptoms as of late.

Blows blue/white smoke. If I start it and let it run for a few, shut it down and start after a few it gets worse.

Idles rough. Not really extreme, but enough to notice. almost like a surge.

No boost. According to my gauge during a power brake boost remains at pretty much 0. Has no power, can only get the RPM's up to about 1200. It will not even brake the rear tires loose on my gravel driveway.

Pulled the plug off of the ICP sensor while running and there was no change in the rough idle.

All the boots on the turbo and inner cooler seem to be fine.

Well those are all my symptoms, ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many thanks in advanced and for all the prior help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! George.
