update on no start,stumble and just dying

I been having trouble lately with my 7.3 just stumbling while driving,stalling and starting right back ,no start,i replaced the cps was not it,still would not start for nothing,being kinda mad at it i slammed the hood tried it once more,busted off purred like a sweet sounding 7.3,i figured i had some loose wires ,did'nt find any, slammed the hood while it was running started missing then straightened out,then i took a long screwdriver placed it on the injector pressure control regulator and tapped it, it shut off just like that and would not start,so i removed it disassembled cleaned ,replaced started up ran good tapped on it again still running good, if it does shut off on me again i will install a new one.
