The PCM is resetting. Low voltage - PCM relay - intermittent short - something is causing the PCM to cycle.

I would check the engine harness over the driver's valve cover. Mine did the same thing and turned out to be a shorting wire(s) from that bundle on the valve cover. Same three lights and loss of power or stalling.

I was able to recreate the fault by putting the truck in reverse, hold the brake, and give it a little gas. The engine rocks a bit on its mounts and forces the short.

Just tape up the exposed wires and you're good to go.

I have the fuel bowl delete so its not. That, my alternator went bad a week ago. Put. The new on and it only gave 11 volts so I put a new battery and it reads 12 volts from alternator, should I tape all the bare wires from the wiring harness to the drivers side valve cover?

Check fuses 6 and 7. An alt output of 12v is not charging, that's batt voltage. Look at the bottom side of the harness and check for bare wires. The alt field wire can short out, blowing the fuse and causing a no-charge.

Right where the wires go over the driver's side valve cover, they can rub through. I'm told a couple of high voltage injector wires are on the bottom of the bundle and can short against the cover. I had two wires and part of a third's insulation worn through when I had the problem. Check this link - has pic of the rough area. My short was on the bundle over the valve cover, under teh CAC pipes. This guy's short was against the bracket just to the left.

stalls in reverse

There's a good pic of the bundle in that link. That's what I had. It'll be interesting to see if pa2000f350 sees the same thing.
