Haha, don't feel bad, I learned the same way you did. I had mine set up the same way.. for about a week and I bought extra hose. I still think the welded bung on the last 6 inches of the exhaust would be better, but I don't want to hack my SS exhaust or polished tip.

I made the same cannister that tjsulli has in his pics. That seems to work the best for a cannister

Thats the best CCV mod I've seen. No oil into turbo and no smell, and no dripping on the ground. I'm gunna make me one !
