What trans would a 2003 F350 w/7.3 have?

I am not a Ford authority. What auto trans would a 2003 F350 extended cab short box with a 7.3l diesel have? Were there various or just one type?

4R100 - just the one type. This replaced the E40D that was found on pre-99 model PSDs. There are some upgrades in the 03 over the 99-01 years, but its the same model transmission.
