The o-rings are just a standard #202, but the material is Viton, which is fuel resisitant. Natural rubber o-rings will work in a pinch if you have too, but need replaced before too long.

Probably not but you can get them from your Ford dealer or an O-ring supplier. I used a #202 viton seal with a 75 durometer hardness.

They are about 50 cents at a local o-ring store. You get more from Ford than a couple of O-rings for $38 too.

Just buy the part with the O rings installed from Ford. The dealership I got mine from had 21 in stock. I'll bet most dealerships have quite a few in stock. This makes it an easy 1 time fix.

Ya, until they go bad again.

Easy yes, cheap.....no. Ford sells you the entire valve assembly, when just the o-rings will fix it just fine. So you can spend the extra money on something you may not need, or spend a couple bucks and get more o-rings than you'll need for the life of the truck. I think I got a pack of 20 or so of them for $4. Or I could have gotten two of them for $2.
