Dominator 66 install - Need advice

What should i be taking in to consideration installing this bigger turbo.

Just bought a AIS intake - To little air for too big of a turbo or am i fine. I just order the fender sleeve and i plan on doing the zoodad mod. I really like the filtration of the AIS and the longevity of the filter? Am i spinning my wheels backwards installing these two together? If you say to get a tymar, whos selling it for the cheapest?

I no longer have a EBPV - What should i do with the actuator involved in the EBPV. Just leave the arm disconnected to nothing.

The waste gate Vacuum line - Since i have no wastegate any more should i just make a new little line to replace the red vacuum line so that sensor still works?

Who makes a good chip/tuner, can i just run one of the basic bully dog, edge tuners - whats the best route to getting good performance out of this motor? If i run a basic tuner like my current edge evolution and i also have the attitude/juice, am i sacrificing performance?

Any other mods that go hand and hand with a bigger turbo, besides injectors? I dont have the money, and dont want to be wasting more gas and blow another tranny.

Thanks
Dylan

AIS will be restrictive e compared to a genuine Tymar.
TW, Bean, Cale would be great choices for tuning..on a 6pos chip.
If your tranny is stock I'd get it upgraded before Inj's.
Changing to a 17* pump is a good idea esp with real tunes.

You're fine. You won't need to worry about intake until you exceed about 400 horses after lots more money invested in engine mods.

If you say to get a tymar...
The Tymar or Tymar clone intake will not flow any more air than the AIS. If you plan to spend about $10,000 on mods to produce more than 400 horses, then your next step up for intake is the aFe Stage II with a ProGuard7 filter, which is around $500.

Intercooler, HPOP, fuel system, head gaskets & head bolts. And a BTS tranny and torque converter. And a custom tune programmed for your exact mods, preferably produced with "live tuning" by Jody at DP-Tuner or Bill at PHP or David at DI. Or while you're at BTS getting the tranny bulletproofed, have them do the other mods and tuning. Brian was into hot-rodding diesels long before he was forced to begin building bulletproof trannies that would live behind his hot 7.3L engines.
