Remove intake, pull green line from intake tube,,Remove CAC boots(top)(7/16), unplug AIT in spyder, disconnect AIH, Disconnect map line at bottom of spyder, loosen plenum boots at bottom of spyder(5/16), remove Vband calmp holding spyder to turbo(5/16),disconnect red line to wastegate, remove vband clamp on collector at rear of turbo(7/16), remove vband clamp from flange to downpipe(7/16), remove two 13mm bolts securing turbo to pedistal, the turbo is heavy, and will be stuck to the pedistal, a little wiggling will get it out.

These are instructions for installing a GTP38R turbo, but it does have nice directions and pictures for you to refer to when removing and re-installing your turbo. http://www.dieselinnovations.com/tec...structions.pdf

Thanks for the write up! I'm getting ready to change my pedestal O-rings b/c there's a massive leak from under the turbo. I think they've been giving way for a while and that's where my oil in the intake valley was coming from. But now it's REALLY coming out.

Thanks again, the pics will make the job much easier!
