Talking best "free" HorsePower or MPG mods

Howdy-

What are the best Free HorsePower mods for the 7.3l? - I bought a superchip and had it programed for the 80hp setting. it ended up costing me 45$ for the chip and the program was free....

I'm just wondering what some of you have done for cheap and easy HP and MPG mods..

thanks guys
