Chip install problems

I installed my new TS chip today, settings are high idle stock 50 75 100 140. The thing is I have no high idle and all my settings are backwards, high setting to the left and low to the right. Did I do something wrong here or is my chip programed wrong. I pulled the neg. cables off for about 2 mins and still the same thing. I did clean it very very well so I dont think thats it. Any suggestions?

Ya know, I was wondering that myself last night. I read something in the directions that said black cord to the left and when I pluged it in I pluged it back the way it came out so I dont know for sure, I will check this afternoon.

When you switch to high idle is it suposta idle up imediatly and can you drive it in high idle? When I switch to high idle it does nothing but change the tone of the engine and when I drive it it you barely touch the pedal its wide open then nothing then jerks then poops back but if you nail it is balls to the walls and pulls you back to the seat and smokes. This has me confused big time.

Does anyone have a contact for KJ or Chris W in bowling green?

I took it out and looked things over, plugs in correctly and everything is snug and still not working. I rekon now I will take it out and send it back to be checked out, may even just get a refund and by a DP tuner. I dont know yet.

Yea but im cheep so I opted out for the $255 ts than the $400 DP, I spoke with the dealer and they said If I send it back they will check it out, My truck was assm. in 01/01 so they think it might have a 00 computer in it. I may just get a refund and put another $150 with it and go DP. I will have to contact the seller, he has a 30 day garrantee. SO what do yall think?
