Downpipe????

In the process of installling a new exhaust when cutting the section of factory exhaust by the downpipe is it bad to cut with the downpipe still attached to the turbo or should I loosen the bracket at the turbo before starting to cut with sawzaw??

I wouldn't think it would matter, I had mine loose just because I didn't know that it didn't slip out without being cut in half.

I cut mine as it was, no loosening. No probs.
