Exhaust for a F550

Well I'm looking for a turbo back system for a 2003 F-550 supercab with a 161" wheel base wheel lift tow truck. Now who offers the a system?

Re: Exhaust for a F550

I believe MBRP is the only company that makes an exhaust for a cab and chasis truck like your f-550. You will have to have that kit or modify the tailpipe on another system to clear the fuel tank if it is in the rear, which I assume it is.

Well the tank shouldn't have any problems with the tank its a midship transfer flow tank.

Does Chicago use salt? If so I recommend stainless steel.

Re: Exhaust for a F550

As long as the wheel lift is not in the way, then any kit for a 7.3 truck should work.

409 is more economical than 304 but doesn't stay purty as long but,I don't think you compete with your wrecker though ,or do you Chi_Town? Re: Exhaust for a F550

Chitown_Tower,

Smokey's right we stock the cab & chassis MBRP systems in aluminized and stainless. Another difference in the Cab & Chassis trucks is there is a 4 inch longer cab axle length, so if you use a stock F series pick up system and you have the longest C&C model it'll be too short!!

Just ordered a turbo back exhaust for my 2000 F550 Crew Cab. I have the utility bodywerks elite hauler body with the 7 compartments. I was able to get the Magnaflow Performance Series 4" Stainless that is supposed to be direct bolt-up. Ordered it online from StylinTrucks for less than I expected (prices dropped @ $300)

I got mine from Bully Dog.

At the time.....6 years ago... they had stainless and aluminized....both with lifetime warranty.
