Exhaust leak??

I appear to have an exhaust leak where the pipe of my exhaust begins to enter into the muffler...there is a small stain of soot there. Should I be concerned? everything seems to be fine..I just need some input. thanks.

Re: Exhaust leak??

I can't see where it would affect anything other than when you go to get a brake tag. Sounds like you oughta be able to just bring it some where and let them weld it up real quick.
