Fender Removal on an '02 f250

Hi there-I need some help figuring out how to remove the front driver side fender. I messed up the factory fender (along with the wiring harness, inner fenderwell, airbox, etc) pretty good thanks to a nasty blowout. I tried pulling it off and I think I got it completely unscrewed save for a screw behind the headlights (i think there is one there). Am I going to need to remove the whole front clip, headlight, grill, etc. to pull it off or is there a better way to go about this? I appreciate any help/tips ya'll might have.
