Full Bed and Cab Swap?

I got a question...

Can you swap the cab and bed on these trucks. I have a ext. cab long bed diesel, and was wondering if I could put a crew cab short bed. Are they the same frame? I would imagine that they're a few different frames but this one I would think would be the same overall length considering the cabs and beds. Also how much of a pain in the butt would this be?

No, that combo won't work. The frame under the cab is different lengths for the different cabs.
