H2e what's modded mean?

I am presently looking for new turbo and was thinking Garret 38r but then i decided i want bellowed up pipes as well, so i need an H2e. Now what is considered modded and what should i be looking for in an H2efor compressor wheel size and housing choices? i want 400hp reliable and usually run my power from 1000rpm to 2500rpm. i want my power curve to be nearer the bottom for towing and off the line. any replies would be helpfull thankx.....

Stock H2E would be a better choice IMO for your use than a modded one.

Did you get one yet? If you are wanting a quicker spool, I would say a reg H2E. But you have big enough injectors for a modded. Probably spool a tad slower. And If you ever plan on bigger injectors, the Modded will support 238's no problem. Ultimately, I would call Beans. Super cool guys to talk to. I personally tow a lot. Currently I'm running a D66 that has been modded a lot, but am DEFINATELY getting a Modded H2E. If I was in your shoes I would get the Modded H2E.
