Help dummy lights stay on wait, check gage and check engine

I just installed my DP tuner and got a p0381 and p1139 code glow plug indicator lamp and water in fuel lamp malfunctions what would cause this..a relay go bad or somthing. so the wait to satrt and check gage and service engine lights are on constant

also the tack isn't working and the trany temp ...fuse relay what ties these all together on the dash

Try removing the chip, recleaning the contacts and reinstalling.
While you have it out, check the codes again.

did it same thing.. sounds like the new stock program that was entered may be the culprit.. thre is something odd with the PCM it is a 02 but it is like it had a 2000-2001 stock tune
