Re: RE: idiot light for pyro?

Glad your RS has some, mine dont .

No further progress. I know it can be done, but the camparator circuits I have found all use a common ground setup, and I cant use that since the the pyro probe is an isolated circuit.

Someone else was working on it in parallel but I havnt heard if they had any success either.

Re: RE: idiot light for pyro?

Quadzilla will be coming out with a gauge package that might or might not have a EGT based output. It may also have boost outputs as well, although some positive reinforcment might help get the job done.

Ya, but SPA doesnt make gauges that look like the cobalts. Its gotta look good as well as function.

The point to the pyro idiot light is to be able to buy the gauges you LIKE, and then add the LED warning on as an option.

I know it can be done, because they do it with the Turbo-Cooldown modules that connect up to any pyro install.

I like the LOOK of my SPA gauge. Not to mention, it's accuracy .
