Regulated fuel return system

I want to make my own regulated fuel return system. I am really not trying to save money, but i want to make it my self because I think i can learn from it and I like to do as much as I can to my truck without help. Does anybody have a parts list that I could use, and maby some pictures of an installed one.

Re: Regulated fuel return system

Diesel Innovations has a schematic of a system eith all the parts you will need also on there site. I understand your prolly like me but if I had to do it agian I would just buy the kit. I had an advantage being that I work at such a place where I had access to all the hoses and connections needed.

Re: Regulated fuel return system

Any hydraulic shop or CAT house

Just make sure you get hoses that are diesel rated

On EDIT: Maybe could get everything but reg. at NAPA

You are going to run into the prblem with the goofy AC fitting on the fuel line. I took an old fuel line I had and cut it off and brazed it to a JIC fitting then installed it on line, but not everyone has spare PSD parts laying all over the garage either LOL
