Your caps lock is killing me!!! Anyways, First, get the 10K mod squared away. Then, grind a 4-40 Socket Head Cap screw down. (available at any fine hardware store) untill the head is about .070" tall. You will need calipers for this. I went to .085" on mine, which is good for about 72 PSI. Then you need to remove the puel regulator housing which is located on the fuel bowl, and outlets toward the driver side of the truck. You may need to pull the powerstroke plastic cover off to see it. It is held on with Torx head screws. Your to do list on your sig looks pretty incredible. I wonder how your nitrous is going to work? all the socket head screw does is increase the spring rate, thus the fuel pressure. i bought the shim kit from diesel innovations that comes with a bunch of different thickness shims.

The screw is the poor mans shim kit . you probably have one in your tool box, An old post last year said to use a BB, but that runs the pressure on my truck to about 100PSI.I used a screw head about 3/4 of the BB height and made one or two adjustments to it(filing the screw off) to get it to the desired pressure . Also when installing the shim put a little grease on the spring end to help holdit while assembling.

Buy the kit from Diesel Innovations. I wouldn't mess around with shims (screws) that are going to rust out in a matter of months. I believe they also have instructions on their site.

[/ QUOTE ] You could buy a stainless 4-40 screw like I did, I bought 3 of them and ground them to different thickness' but the first one i put in was .065 thick and it gave me exactly 70psi so I left it alone after that. The three screws cost me less than a buck at my local hardware store.
