Stacks do not add performance... Stacks are LOUD... and most Drone bad in the cab...

They definitely drone in the cab. You'll get used to it though after a couple of weeks. Definitely no performance gain.

Do you know anyone with them? Have you seen a truck with them going down the road? Get them to pull over, ask about them, listen to them.....

MANY on here love them, many like them on OTHERS trucks, many would not have them if they were given to them.....

Heck I saw a HARLEY going down the street the other day with bags I liked, got him to pull over and he spent a 1/2 hour talking to me about our bikes, (I was in my truck)...

Thanks for the wonderful comment. I was looking for bad reviews that might change my mind. It sounds like they will not hurt my performance. I have wanted them for a while just not sure.

I've had them on my truck for months now and I love them and get lots of praise from people and disgusted looks from the Toyota Prius drivers lol
With the windows up its a somewhat loud but got adjusted to it quick. The side windows down and its louder. Open the slider and better get a pair of ear-plugs. I love the turbo whistle at low rpms, people tell me it sounds like a jet. If you drive late at night and see the cops hiding on the roads and you try to keep it quiet, forget it, no chance. Haven't been bothered tho (knock on wood). As far as rain and soot on my truck goes, haven't had a problem ( I have 5" curved) And in the winter the pipes act as a defroster for the bed when there is snow in it

Get em'

I love mine! They are loud as hell, but definitely draws attention. Especially nice when you pour black smoke on the annoying tailgating person behind you when you floor it.

Water in your stacks?

Has anybody found an issue with water or snow falling in their stacks? I haven't yet but have seriously thought about what i'd do if a big rain came through and filled up my exhaust pipe. I was thinking about drilling a small hole in the lowest part of my exhaust pipe for a drain.. I know it'd have an exhaust leak, but a 1/4" hole aint $H!T in my opinion. Anybody find any better alternatives?

My truck came with dual stacks with 7"x36" miter cut tips. They have since been taken off. I found them extremely annoying. Horrible drone in the cab, my truck is a CC...so its a lot of cab to drone through! Its 4" turbo back now. Stacks and hardware are sitting in the garage.
