strategy numbers and sct tuner??

hey everyone , new to this forum, bought a 2002 7.3 deisel about a year ago and got a sct tuner from elite deisel , when i got it my strategy number was TNAA5S8 have been haning some injector issues and had my turck in for warranty , seems problem have started since cps recall was done and #8 inj was changed at same time, anyways got truck back from ford today , and plugged my sct xcal 2 back in and noticed the startegy was now TNAA7S3,when i put my econo tune back in noticed my startgey went back to the original, is this a bad thing i have done? what will it do?if so how do i get them to reprogram?if they reload it will i have to get my tunes adjusted??
also i have been trying to get a black cps to try and return it to the way it was. napa has black ones , they look like the ford black ones not the grey ones. but i did notice a small grey dot on it , does this mean anything??
