Water / Meth injection

What is the true story on these kits? I have people telling me that they are great and you will make more power. On the other hand I have people telling me that they will hurt things. What is the best kit out there and who sells them?

Cooling Mist is the best kit I've seen by far. I picked mine up from KT Performance. Running straight water won't hurt anything as long as it's set up right. I set my 2 stage to come on at 15 and 30lbs of boost. It's prob. the safest injection mod you can do. Problems start when you add meth to the formula. 30% meth is safe, you can run that all year long without fear of freezing or blowing up your motor. After you get over 50% meth/ water ratio....that's when you need to be careful. Meth is a fuel and by adding it to your engine yo add timing. You'll need to adjust your tunes for it. You are totally safe runnin' straight water or up to 40% meth. Go off of boost to engauge your stage(s) and your motor will live a long happy life.

I hear you just add windsheild washer fluid and go.

Stay away from Snow Performance. I have replaced the pump once and had to use two solenoid valves (also replaced) to keep the tank from flooding the motor with water. They will not even discount replacement pumps that go out for no reason.
