The screen name is real accurate. I deliver new RV's out of Elkhart,IN. 415_dezl, I sold the other 02, several months after it was totalled in December 2006. I bought the truck back from my insurance company. It was definately repairable, and I did receive a very good settlement for the truck. I can tell everyone, Ford builds a tough truck. I had a pontiac montana minivan pull out in front of me, I hit it broadside at 50 mph. The pontiac was destroyed, ended up about 75 feet from the point of collision, heading the opposite direction. The driver did not make it. My only injury was damage to my left hand, and soreness. The seatbelt, and air bag sure did their job. We will never know why the other made that fatal mistake, I never had a chance to avoid the collision. The truck was in excellent condition with 214K on the odometer. I rented a car to return home, 1,500 mile trip. I borrowed a friends gooseneck trailer, fired up "old reliable", loaded up the rental car, and retrieved my other truck. I was 100% not at fault. I had to retain an attorney, and have not to this day been compensated for my loss, outside of some medical expense, and the truck. Things sure are different in Canada!

Forgot one thing, yes, I plan on seeing 1,000,000 miles, and hopefully more. The other thing, we will see how many miles a BTS tranny will last, so far it has 356,000 miles, and counting. Brian, builds one heck of a tranny!!

I keep hoping mine will break so I can get a new one and while I am at it, some other "maintenance" items need to be done. Just as when my GPCM failed, I could say that we need new glow plugs. Oh, while they are out, this might be a good time to do the injectors since the plugs are going to have to be out then and it is a ***** to get at the passenger side plugs.

Highway Prisoner..reminds me of that song "prisoner of the highway" good song.

Well wow, i'm sorry about your accident..never good when the words "fatal" are involved...no mater who's at fault.

you need a pic of your odomometer as your avitar photo, that would be neat. As for your bts trans, that does mean alot that it made it that far....must not tow much haha Just kidding around.

Well i'd better get to driving more then if i'm worried about 90k!

Well, when I am being put to bed by a girl I do expect her to perform the necessary "services" on me.

415_dezl figured out the screen name source, the old Ronnie Milsap song. Man, you need to burn more dezl, and join the 6 digit odometer club. You are going to like this, Brian thinks my address is The Ford motel, room F350. He says, I must live in my truck to put on so many miles. Gotta go the fresh bag of popcorn is ready.

I wouldn't mind giving someone my BTS stickers. I don't have any on my Ex. All my vehicles don't have stickers on them. I prefer to demonstrate speed and power as opposed to ricers who advertise speed and power.
