Would I benefit from a: Regulated Return Fuel System???

With my current mods: Garrett BB Turbo, AFE Stage II, and DI Chip... I plan on running BO soon so was also thinking about the fuel system... Also might go for some injectors too...

Re: Would I benefit from a: Regulated Return Fuel System???

I am not the an expert on regulated return by any means. However, if you are looking for new injectors, you NEED a regulated return. This way equal amounts of fuel gets to each injector and you theoretically will get better life out of them. I am likely going to purchase on from Dennis at ITP soon, so I look forward to the other replies you get.

Re: Would I benefit from a: Regulated Return Fuel System???

A regulated return also makes BO install much easier. Depending on the BO kit you get, check to make sure the regulated return kit will fit that setup.

Re: Would I benefit from a: Regulated Return Fuel System???

I believe your injectors will thank you for the regulated return. I installed mine @ 5 years ago, truck has a lot less noise from the injectors - no trapped air.

My injectors are happy.

Re: Would I benefit from a: Regulated Return Fuel System???

I found the ITP regulated return to be a great improvement for smoothing the engine and improving throttle response and is supposed to help the #8 injector from receiving inadequate fuel supply.I installed the kit 2 months ago and thought it was well worth the money.I recently installed an Airdog and plan on big oil then injectors. With that order I can get the injectors I want without fear of inadequate fuel, oil or lubrication (considering the price of a set of injectors $$$)!!
