08 seats in a 99

ok so i bought a set of 08 heated leather seats to put in my 99 XLT. but i have a few questions. First off could you get heated seats in 99 if so is it just a wiring harness that is under the seat to plug it into. second questions what mods do i need to make so these seats go in my truck? and if i dont have wiring harness under my seat can anyone tell me what im going to need to do to hook the seats up. do they use a constant 12v or do they use a resistor? Thanks for your help

if you arent worried about th fabrication (if needed) to install the seats, the electrical can't be much challenge!

Is the heat switch for the seats on the seats or on the dash?

Do you have heated seats now? If you don't I doubt you will have the harness.

Are all the controls for the seats actually on the seats? If so then you may just need +12v to the seat?

Anyhow, keep up posted and let us know what you eventually find out.
