Re: 1999 Headlight conversion

The question I have is: Are the '02-'04 lights any better than the '99s? If so How Better?

Better?
I think that they do put out more light because they are clear and the reflectors seem to have a better design.
I think they do look better appearance wise.JMO
Is it something you "need"? not really.

Re: 1999 Headlight conversion

Silver stars are way to much $$ for what you get. just get a Hella harness..best made, and Hellas 80/100 4k kelvin bulbs. I would highly suggest getting a set of the clear headlights..much better lighting.

Re: 1999 Headlight conversion

My current APC head lights are not making me a happy camper. What bulbs are used in the Ford 02-04 headlites ?

99-04 all mount the same way, I put the 04 in mine, plug and play!
Need amber turn signal bulbs and I just used the 9007 standard lamps for the HL.
