Not quite. He had a complete 08 donor truck. He grafted the 08 firewall, front clip and dash as well as the 08 harness and added in the necessary X electrical components... I wonder if the 99 computer can even drive the 08 cluster??? Here is the link to the original detailed thread. It is in another forum so i don't know if it violates rules but it does go into details.
