2008 dash swap need help

hello guys im in the process of changing out all of my interior from my 99 super duty to 08 super duty the problemb im having in adapting the guages and making them work can anyone give me any direction please

My 2008 Ford Excursion I built (pics)

Here, it's been done. But he put a 6.4 in it.

Not quite. He had a complete 08 donor truck. He grafted the 08 firewall, front clip and dash as well as the 08 harness and added in the necessary X electrical components... I wonder if the 99 computer can even drive the 08 cluster??? Here is the link to the original detailed thread. It is in another forum so i don't know if it violates rules but it does go into details. It may give you some needed information. Good luck.
